Fuel Door Addition

I decided to change the fuel tank cap to a flip door. I purchased a Hagen HAG90RC curved fuel door and proceeded to install it in the passenger side rear fender.

        


        

The first thing that I did was cut a rectangular hole in the fender to the dimensions of the new fuel door frame.

 

 

I then took it to a local shop and had it welded in place.

        

        



The center depresses with the gas nozzle. You do not have to undo anything!
